How I join your team
I step into the flow that is there and do not put a second one next to it. Agile, Scrum or fixed project phases: I adapt to how you work.
- Introduction. We discuss the project, the planning and what you expect from a contractor. You hear from me within 24 hours.
- Access and onboarding. Repo access, a README that gets the site running locally, and the backlog with what needs to happen this sprint.
- Working along. I pick up tickets, do code reviews and discuss architecture choices where needed.
- Handover. I record decisions where your team can find them, so nothing stays with me alone.

That depends on my current assignments, so ask rather than assume. You get an answer within 24 hours. The start-up itself is usually shorter than teams expect: with repo access and a working local environment I can contribute quickly.
Do you work remotely or on site?
Mostly remote, in CET. Where needed I come by. I work for teams across Belgium and the Netherlands.
What does a Drupal contractor cost?
75 to 95 euros per hour or 650 to 800 euros per day, excluding VAT. For an ongoing collaboration I am at the lower end of that range. All details are on my rates page.
Do you work inside our tools and process?
Yes. Your Git flow, ticket system, sprints and code reviews: I step into what is there and do not add anything next to it.
Do you also work for agencies?
Yes. I work for agencies, SMEs, universities and organisations that need extra Drupal experience.
Which language do you work in?
Dutch or English, in meetings as well as in code and documentation.
